We continue to monitor the Paid Sick Leave that was part of the Coronavirus Family First Act. Effective April 2, 2020 employers with less than 500 employees will be required to pay employees up to 10 days paid leave if they have certain Covid-19 related issues. To try and reduce the administrative burden this may place on employers we are providing a possible documentation tool.
